Joshua Green, Managing Partner
Joshua Green has 9 years of experience as an operations and supply chain leader with extensive experience in scaling consumer product businesses, optimizing logistics, and driving cost efficiencies. As Head of Operations at Terra Kaffe, a consumer coffee machine manufacturer, he spearheaded critical initiatives that led to significant cost reductions, improved customer service, and enhanced operational efficiency. His leadership in sourcing, inventory planning, manufacturing and contract negotiations resulted in major savings and streamlined processes across global supply chains. Additionally, his expertise in implementing ERP systems and in regulatory compliance ensured the company’s smooth operations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
He also founded Brooklyn Buttery, a butter manufacturer, successfully scaling the business and securing distribution in major retailers including Whole Foods, Eatly, and Central Market, demonstrating his ability to identify market opportunities and execute growth strategies. Brooklyn Buttery was also chosen for the 2019 Dairy Farmers of America startup accelerator and was featured in the New York Times. His current role is as a Strategic Advisor at Ellacap, a private equity firm in the industrials and utility sectors working on deal structuring and value creation. Joshua combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise, making him an invaluable asset to any business.
He holds his BS in communications from Boston University and received his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Supply Chain.
